The exhibition 'Perceptron' at the Museum of Modern Art MG+ in Ljubljana, Slovenia, offers a comprehensive insight into the artistic work of Tobias Putrih from the last two decades.
His installations oscillate between architecture, sculpture and science and deal with the utopian and visionary concepts of architecture and design of 20th century avant-gardes. The work 'Mudam Studio' from 2006, a loan from the Art Collection Telekom for the exhibition, was conceived as a versatile environment for an experimental education space of a museum and consists of approximatively 1000 individual parts based on a modular principle.
