‘My Body is not an Island’ is an important installation by Czech artist Eva Kot'átková, which is activated performatively and has undergone various realisations over the years. In 2022, the work was presented at the Musée d'art contemporain de Bordeaux and the National Gallery in Prague. In 2023, the work was shown at Urbane Künste Ruhr in the Kulturkirche Liebfrauen in Duisburg.
During Basel Art Parcours 2024, the performance will take place at Rheinfelderhof, Hammerstrasse 61, Basel, at the following times:
Monday, June 10: 6pm
From Tuesday, June 11, to Saturday, June 15: 3pm and 6pm
Sunday, June 16: 1pm and 3pm
The Art Collection Telekom includes several works by Eva Kot'átková. Her installation ‘Group Therapy’ became the title for the current exhibition of selected works from the collection at Stone Bell House, Prague City Gallery.
