The artists understand the intermediate area, in which Asia and Europe meet and merge, as a space in which boundaries and identities are constantly being renegotiated. Many works are related to the spoken and written language, to the changing pronunciation of vowels and consonants, to small differences in the alphabet. The mirror reflects and reproduces a prejudice and stereotype on the edge of a racist joke.
