The 3. Art Encounters Biennial 'The Whole and Its Parts' are curated by Maria Lind and Anca Rujoiu. Among the more than 70 artists are also Ciprian Mureșan, who created a temporary outdoor sculpture including his delicate drawings and Agnieszka Polska. She developed the motive used in the public space and the internet campaign to promote the Biennial in Timișoara in Romania.
