As part of the exhibition 'What is a Proper Way to Display a Flag' at the Museum für Moderne Kunst Weserburg in Bremen, Maria Kulikovska performs '254'. The silent protest and moment of admonition was first staged by her in 2014 on the occasion of the opening of Manifest 10 in Saint Petersburg as a reaction to the annexation of Crimea by Russia in violation of international law.
