For the fourth time since 2014, the Deutsche Telekom has awarded the Art Cologne Award for New Positions. A jury selected Paul Spengemann, who was born in 1987 in Henstedt-Ulzburg, for his film installation 'About Falling in Love and Even Little Rubber Ducks' from the 20 sponsored booths.
The price is donated with 10.000 Euro for an exhibition at Artothek Cologne, which will be presented in the coming year parallel to Art Cologne 2018.
