On the ruins of the former Cukrarna sugar factory, which was built in 1828 and burnt down completely in 1858, the architecture firm Scapelab erected a plain yet imposing new building. The building is used for exhibitions of contemporary art and all forms of contemporary culture from dance to performances, music and media platforms. It is one of the most important new buildings in the region and will connect Slovenia with the international art world.
The solo exhibition 'PERFECT TENSE' by Šejla Kamerić was organised by Galit Eilat and provides a broad insight into the work of the artist, who is represented in the Art Collection Telekom with 12 works.
