'Siren Sickle Satellite', a major solo exhibition by Nikita Kadan, is open at the National Art Museum of Ukraine.

The exhibition brings together around fifteen new works created after 2022 and shows an artistic research that focuses on the theme of the historical optics of art. The artist’s gaze is directed at modernity and the controversial nature of its description throughout the history of art, which is commonly interrupted and supplemented. Nikita Kadan works both with visual images of historical art and with the array of historical knowledge formed by institutional research.

'Siren Sickle Satellite' invites the viewers to consider how do ways of looking, perceiving and interacting with art change during a time of war?
The artist is represented in the Art Collection Telekom with three early drawings from 2010-2013.
