The exhibition 'Landscape of Absence' at the MeetFactory Gallery in Prague stages a dystopian, post-human perspective - a world after humanity has lost all options for action to keep the planet in a state of equilibrium. Traces and consequences of the human presence remain visible and have an impact. New forms of existence between machines, biological and chemical processes, between humans and other living beings, between biological and chemical processes open up new perspectives for the continued existence of life on the planet.
The exhibition was curated by Ján Gajdušek and Tereza Havlovicová. It presents works by Kryštof Brůha, Mark Dorf, Šimon Chovan, Inside Job (Ula Lucińska & Michał Knychaus), Andrea Mikyska, Natália Sýkorová, Stanislav Zábrodský and Lenka Glisníková, who is also represented in the Art Collection Telekom.
