'Obsessive Setting (prototype)' is an installation piece by Yane Calovski from 2010. It is part of a large group of works about the master plan for the reconstruction of Skopje after the devastating earthquake in 1963. The small unit is a study of a living and working unit in a very small space.
On 29.09.2021 during the opening of the exhibition 'See Me Moving Placeless' with works from the Art Collection Telekom at MoCA in Skopje, this unit was used for the first time in a performative staging. The artist, who himself comes from North Macedonia and lives in Skopje, has also temporarily provided other sketches and materials.
