Alexandra Pirici was trained as a dancer and expands in her work the field between contemporary dance, performance art and time-based scultpural moments.
Together with Manuel Pelmuş she represented Romania in 2013 at the 55. Venice Biennale with a live performance action 'An Immaterial Retrospective of the Venice Biennale'. The Art Collection Telekom funded the realisation of her work 'Signals' for the 9. Berlin Biennale.
