The Romanian participation at the 19th International Architecture Exhibition at the Venice Biennale was conceived by Vlad Nancă in collaboration with Studio Muromuro (Ioana Chifu and Onar Stănescu). The contribution 'Human Scale' was curated by Cosmina Goagea.
The central thesis of the contribution is that architecture is about people, their living space, their needs and their expectations and hopes. Architectural drawings from the 20th century are re-read in order to understand how space was designed, how it was controlled but also liberated.
The Romanian artist Vlad Nancă is represented with a series of works in the Art Collection Telekom.
